The idea for Dream Pilot came when my professor gave us the challenge of coming up with 50 app ideas. I ended up focusing a lot on dreams and sleep and came up with Dream Pilot. Dream Pilot is for everyone: the insomniacs, the lucid dreamers, the average working man. Dream Pilot tells you stories, plays you ambient sounds, prompts you to solve problems, but it’s more than that. With Dream Pilot you can do anything; one night you can be on mars fighting aliens and the next night you can be at work nailing that pitch you’re so worried about.

When conceptualizing Dream Pilot, the name to me came very quickly and made sense as you are literally taking control of your dreams. I took a lot longer trying to make the logo system and their app visuals. To the right you can see my process while designing the visuals and down below is the final slideshow pitch.
