The client asked for a new logo, new website, napkins, and mockups. By talking to him I could tell it was important to keep the vibe of the speakeasy and it’s logo similar just elevated. The ampersand, cherry garnish, and orange coloring meant a lot to him; because of their symbolization to connection, joy, and beauty. I loved the original idea of their logo but wanted it to have one or two distinct colors. I found a typeface that was very similar to their original typography and went to work. I kept their colors bright pink and orange because they represent the fun, homey aesthetic of the restaurant as well as the owners love of orange. Then I made cohesive menu, map, website, and mockups that matched the logo and overall aesthetic.
